Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kareem Clark! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jaco Paco! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paco has managed to clinch.
Clark dodges an elbow strike from Paco.
Clark fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Clark jumps guard but Paco turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Paco is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Clark gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Paco with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Kareem Clark has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaco Paco. Paco has clasped his hands together around Clark's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Clark stops Paco from passing to mount. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Clark tries to improve position but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clark can't do much from the bottom here. Paco stands up. Clark moves into the clinch. Paco tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Clark smiles and moves away.
Paco pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Clark really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Paco dives in and grabs Clark's left leg, looking for a takedown. Clark pushes down on Paco's head and hops out. Paco takes a kick to the side of the head. Paco darts in looking for a takedown but Clark gets double underhooks and turns Paco into the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Clark. No joy for Paco on that attempt. Clark tries to close the distance and clinch up but Paco swats him away and circles back towards the center. Paco looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Paco shoots in and drives through. Clark sprawls well. Paco doesn't succeed with the takedown and Clark counters with a head kick. That will keep Paco thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Clark leaves Paco with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Clark is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Paco. Paco's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Paco duly obliges. This has been an exciting period of action! Clark clinches with his opponent.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Paco misses with a hook to the ribs.
Paco is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Clark gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Paco is trying to pull guard but Clark turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Paco jumps guard but Clark stands there with Paco around his waist. Paco gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Paco has picked Clark up - he's going for a ride! Paco dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Clark manages to escape and get back to his feet! Paco tries to score a power double leg takedown but Clark sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Paco somewhat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clark keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Clark fails in his attempt to clinch. Paco darts in looking for a takedown but Clark gets double underhooks and turns Paco into the cage. Clark wants to clinch. Clark gets caught napping as Paco dives in and scores a takedown. Clark manages to retain guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kareem Clark will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Jaco Paco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Paco circles away from the clinch attempt.
Clark connects with a single shot there. Clark takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Clark has closed the distance and engaged Paco in a clinch.
Paco jumps guard and drags Clark to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Paco is pulling down on Clark's head to control his posture. Paco lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Jaco Paco has got the better of the ground game so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Paco throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Paco controlling from the top position. Clark wants to control but Paco passes easily into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Clark wants to control but Paco passes into side.
You can see the frustration on Clark's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Paco works to advance to full mount. Clark defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Paco controlling from mount. Paco sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Paco connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Paco is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Clark is surviving well by controlling Paco's body position as best he can. Paco content just to control the position here. Paco goes for an armbar but Clark turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Clark. Paco is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Paco managing to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Paco trying to strike off his back.
Paco looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! There's a bit of a scramble here and now Paco is on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jaco Paco showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Paco is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Paco had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Clark defends it easily. Paco throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Paco holds on and takes a little breather. Paco throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Paco pulls Clark in close to prevent any damage. Paco pushes Clark off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Clark stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Clark wants it to stay on the feet. Kareem Clark has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaco Paco. Paco looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kareem Clark is winning the standup battle so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Clark is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Paco shoots in and drives through. Clark sprawls well. Clark is looking to counter punch. Paco drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Paco decides to stand back up. Paco fails with a takedown attempt. Clark feinted with a counter takedown. Paco gets tackled into the cage by Clark. Clark maintains the clinch.

Paco actively working from the bottom here. Clark will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Paco keeps control of the position for the meantime. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Clark looks to land a strike but Paco avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Jaco Paco comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Paco has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
