24 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vasilliy Kazakov! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacobs tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kazakov swats him away and circles back towards the center. A head punch on the inside from Jacobs fails to land. Kazakov has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jacobs is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Kazakov has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jacobs clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jacobs is trying to stand back up. Jacobs fending off the submission attempt from Kazakov. Kazakov has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Jacobs is defending well but eventually Kazakov manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Jacobs has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
