The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broly closes the distance looking to clinch
and Perevalov counters with a series of strikes. Broly will be more careful next time no doubt.
Broly clinches.
Perevalov has Broly pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Broly manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Broly gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Perevalov.
Broly is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Perevalov is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Broly pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nikolay Perevalov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Broly tries to land knees in the clinch but Perevalov avoids the damage to the body.

Broly tries to clinch up but Perevalov circles away and keeps his distance.
Oh Perevalov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Broly takes the fight into the clinch.
Broly working the clinch nicely. Perevalov is working for position but Broly cracks him with a big knee to the head! Perevalov crumples up against the cage and Broly lands two more shots before the ref can save Perevalov! This one is all over!
