Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Preston Mason!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Kropotkin!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason throws a hook to the side of Kropotkin's head but Kropotkin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

We've been hearing that Mason has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Mason throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kropotkin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
As Kropotkin looks to move away, Mason throws a big counter combo but Kropotkin just gets out of the way.

Mason throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kropotkin was covering up waiting for the punch and Mason finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kropotkin tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kropotkin has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well Mason has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
