Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pete Carter (ranked 5058 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crack Addict (ranked 24663 p4p, 0 weight class). Crack Addict told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pete Carter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Crack Addict! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Addict is looking to clinch. Carter seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Carter swats away the attempt to clinch by Addict. Carter is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Addict. Addict tries to clinch up. Carter throws a one two combo.
Nice body punch from Addict. Carter lands with a thumping leg kick.
Addict wants to clinch. Addict moves in looking to clinch but Carter pushes him off. Addict has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Carter. Addict checks a leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Addict misses with a wild combination.
Addict is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Addict tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Addict looks to clinch and Carter decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Addict's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Carter gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Addict misses with a double jab
and Carter holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Addict tries to close the distance and clinch up but Carter swats him away and circles back towards the center. Addict fails in his attempt to clinch. Carter moves forwards but Addict connects with a nice, crisp jab. Carter pushes Addict up against the cage in a clinch. Carter manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Carter working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Addict doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Carter is tightening it up a little... Addict has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Addict reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Addict taps out! Nice BJJ there by Carter!
