Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Haggar (ranked 6712 p4p, 172 weight class) and Spas Spasov (ranked 4532 p4p, 94 weight class). Spas Spasov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Haggar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Spasov tries to avoid it but Haggar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Spasov to the ground. Spasov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Spasov lands a left and a right that send Haggar crashing to the mat, dazed. Spasov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Oooooh!!! Spasov has knocked Haggar down with a huge combo! Spasov steps away and waves a wobbly Haggar back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Haggar is rocked!
Spasov lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Haggar up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Spasov from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Haggar's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
