The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

One keeping moving, preventing Heimo from controlling successfully.

One looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Heimo passes into side control.
One looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
One tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Heimo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Heimo misses with the ground and pound.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

One looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Heimo has picked One up and slammed him! One can't keep hold of the triangle and Heimo manages to pass to side control!

Heimo misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

One tries to buck Heimo off but Heimo is having none of it.
One regains half guard.
One is trying to maintain the position but Heimo is very close to passing his half guard.
Heimo is trying to control. One wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
One is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Heimo has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing One to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Heimo is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - One pulls down on the head and he's put Heimo to sleep! This one is all over!
