The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitley tries to keep at a distance but Garcia has taken the fight into the clinch.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Garcia.
Whitley decides to pull guard.
Garcia pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Whitley is keeping the position for now.
Garcia advances to half guard.
Whitley flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Garcia moves nicely into side control.
Garcia has an Americana. Whitley didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Garcia is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Garcia hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
