Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zaknafein DoUrden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cane has chosen Clutch - Electric Worry as his entrance music. Zaknafein DoUrden could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Max Cane's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zaknafein DoUrden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Cane! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cane wants to clinch up but DoUrden keeps it at a distance. Cane feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Cane must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. DoUrden is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. DoUrden might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Cane wants to stand and escape but instead DoUrden has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. DoUrden landing some decent shots from guard. DoUrden slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. DoUrden trying to control the position from guard on top but Cane is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cane throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
DoUrden is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. DoUrden's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cane wants to stand but DoUrden is controlling the position. DoUrden sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Cane's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. DoUrden is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Cane doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time DoUrden. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with DoUrden in particular looking to stall. DoUrden wants to take a breather but Cane is having none of it. DoUrden thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. DoUrden prevents Cane from standing back up.
DoUrden is looking to take a break and control but Cane is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cane is pressing down on DoUrden's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. DoUrden is standing up over Cane. Cane looks to escape but DoUrden dives into side control.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Cane is looking to reverse the position. DoUrden creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. DoUrden could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. DoUrden advances to mount. Cane looks gassed! Cane is trying to stand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. DoUrden is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Cane can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
DoUrden raining down shots from the mount! DoUrden with the ground and pound from mount. DoUrden has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Cane tries to get back to half guard but can't. DoUrden dominating with strikes here. DoUrden controlling the pace for now. DoUrden seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Cane for as long as he can get away with. DoUrden lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Cane is rocked!
That's four minutes gone in the round. DoUrden postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Cane looks a forlorn figure.
Cane is still in real trouble! Can DoUrden finish him? DoUrden postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Cane bigstyle! Two more strikes land for DoUrden and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zaknafein DoUrden!
