Visigoth dives in and scores a takedown into Russell's guard.
Russell had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Visigoth defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Visigoth drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Russell manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Visigoth has Russell in his guard.

Visigoth looking to hit a scissor sweep but Russell is one step ahead there.
Russell must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Russell controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Russell passes Visigoth's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Visigoth wants to improve his position but Russell is controlling well.

Visigoth looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Russell is defending well. Visigoth quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Russell has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Visigoth celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
