1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darin Blood! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blood throws a leg kick which misses Bede's front leg but catches the back leg as Bede tries to avoid it. Blood throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Blood lands the left hand. Blood on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Blood throws an overhand right that lands on Bede's shoulder, as Bede tries to avoid the shot. Bede lands a with a good body shot. Bede looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Blood! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bede working for a submission but Blood is keeping him at bay. Bede landing punches. Bede wants to finish this one by submission but Blood is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Bede. Blood is trying to stand up. Blood moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Bede steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Blood. Bede listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Bede lands a lovely overhand right. Blood is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bede. Bede shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Blood's guard. Blood wants to stand but Bede is controlling the position. Bede preventing the sweep. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Bede slips a jab and a cross from Blood.
Bede closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Blood to the mat! Blood manages to get full guard. Blood has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bede can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bede drops back looking for a leg! Blood is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Blood manages to kick Bede off! Bede jumps back into Blood's guard. Blood pushes Bede off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Bede thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Lucas Bede is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
