Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Waters (ranked 1796 p4p, 221 weight class) and Michael Swango (ranked 1001 p4p, 132 weight class). Waters's entrance music is Crushing Ice - Chris Travis. A fine choice. Michael Swango will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tyrone Waters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Michael Swango!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swango slips a jab from Waters.
A big right from Swango misses.
Swango is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A jab from Waters misses.
Swango's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Swango duly obliges.
It looks like Tyrone Waters has been cut.
Michael Swango seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Swango takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Waters staying out of range there.
Waters is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Swango.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Waters lands a nice looking body shot.
Swango throws an off balance right hand
and Waters counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Michael Swango has been cut.
Swango swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Waters counters with a straight right hand.

Swango drops his hands momentarily and Waters takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Swango cracks Waters with an open hand slap.
Waters misses the body punch
and Swango counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Swango works Waters's body with a nice hook.
Swango throws a lazy uppercut
and Waters counters with a stiff right hand.
Swango misses with a shot to the body
and Waters counters with a straight right hand.
Swango missing with a left hand there. Waters was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Waters appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Swango lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Waters throws a predictable looking body shot
and Swango counters with a crisp one two that drops Waters! Swango thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Waters to his feet! Waters is in big trouble!
Waters is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Swango cracks Waters's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Waters slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Swango can do further damage! This one is done, son!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Michael Swango!
Our winner, Michael Swango, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
