Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between DeShawn Johnson (ranked 1072 p4p, 135 weight class) and Bruce Wayne (ranked 2524 p4p, 288 weight class). Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by Eazy e- real mother fuckin gs. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
29 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, DeShawn Johnson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
26 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bruce Wayne! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A bone on bone clash there as Johnson blocks the leg kick.
Wayne throws the kick towards the body but Johnson avoids it. Wayne fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Johnson manages to avoid it. A counter left hand to the body from Johnson misses its target. Johnson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Wayne chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Wayne takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Wayne! But no joy. Wayne thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Johnson if he has to take too many more of those.
Wayne misses with a combination
and Johnson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. A looping hook to the body misses from Johnson. Wayne does a little dance to reset his feet. Wayne tries to clinch but Johnson moves out of range. Wayne rushes Johnson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wayne is looking for a takedown. Johnson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Johnson tries a body shot but Wayne blocks it.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Johnson. Wayne scores with a hook to the body. Wayne looking for a takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Johnson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Wayne uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Wayne tries for a takedown but Johnson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. DeShawn Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruce Wayne. Wayne shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johnson sprawls well. Johnson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wayne gets slowly back to his feet. Johnson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Wayne doesn't succeed with the takedown and Johnson counters with a nice body shot. Wayne ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Johnson moves away. Johnson is looking to counter punch. Wayne thows a leg kick but Johnson checks it and Wayne takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Johnson avoids a kick to the body.
Wayne gets a takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wayne prevents Johnson from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson won't allow Wayne to pass to mount. Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wayne on the ground. Wayne passes to full mount! Johnson is trying desperately to improve position. Johnson wants to hold on but Wayne pushes him away. Wayne goes for an armbar but Johnson turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Johnson.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wayne is looking for a triangle but Johnson pushes his legs off easily.
Wayne wants to sweep here but Johnson controlling him for the moment. Johnson is pushing down on Wayne's leg trying to pass to half guard. Wayne is fighting to maintain full guard but Johnson has managed to sneak the leg through. Wayne moves into full guard.
Wayne can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Johnson controls the pace. Wayne looking to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Johnson preventing the sweep. Wayne has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Johnson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Wayne is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Johnson is stalling in the full guard. Wayne looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Wayne dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Wayne bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Johnson's head. Johnson throws a head kick that misses. Wayne moves out of range of the strikes. Wayne digs a good body shot into Johnson's ribs. Wayne swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Johnson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wayne to score with a decent uppercut. Wayne swings widly with a right hand
and Johnson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Wayne connects with a high kick.
It looks like DeShawn Johnson has been cut. Johnson moves out of range as Wayne strikes. Wayne throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Johnson counters with a straight right hand. Johnson misses the shot to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wayne on the wrong end of a nice hook. Wayne gets a takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wayne is trying to work for a kimura but Johnson is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wayne is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Johnson is just riding it out for now. Wayne eventually gives up the hold. Johnson is not content to let Wayne control the position. Wayne seems to be working for a kimura but Johnson defends the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Johnson tries to get to full guard but Wayne has control of the leg. Wayne tries to pass to full mount but Johnson defends it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wayne throws a strike but Johnson avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Wayne trying to stand up but can't free himself from Johnson's guard. Johnson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wayne pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Johnson is keeping the position for now. Wayne trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Johnson throws a hook to the side of Wayne's head but Wayne sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Johnson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wayne on the side of the head. Wayne has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Wayne just misses with a punch to the body.
Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Wayne is just out of range. Johnson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Wayne takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Wayne shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Johnson napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wayne wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Johnson, who protects the arm well. Johnson struggling a bit here. Wayne in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Wayne tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wayne has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Wayne with the ground and pound but Johnson regains half guard under the barage of strikes. This has been an exciting period of action! Wayne is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Wayne showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on DeShawn Johnson's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Johnson works Wayne's body with a nice hook. Wayne walks into a stiff left hand from Johnson. Johnson throws a hook to the side of Wayne's head but Wayne sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Wayne, as that shot connected.
Johnson moves out of range of the body kick. Jab, jab by Wayne - just one landing. Johnson misses with a right hand and Wayne counters with a nice body shot. Wayne jabs Johnson right on the nose. Johnson blinks but takes it well. DeShawn Johnson is winning the standup battle so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A lazy left from Johnson finds it's target. Wayne scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson leaves Wayne with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. An attempted straight right counter from Johnson misses the target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wayne fails with the takedown and Johnson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Wayne takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Wayne scores with a decent looking hook. Wayne lands with a straight right. Johnson didn't see that one coming. Wayne takes a jab right on the kisser.

and Johnson counters with a nice uppercut.
Wayne is rocked! Are you kidding me?! Johnson ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Wayne clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
