Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bomb Bombs (ranked 1016 p4p, 128 weight class) and Pele Ronaldo (ranked 2747 p4p, 264 weight class). Bomb Bombs has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
30 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bomb Bombs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pele Ronaldo!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bombs throws a head kick but Ronaldo moves out of range.
Ronaldo tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Ronaldo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bombs's waist but Bombs gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ronaldo off to one side.
Ronaldo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Bombs misses with a two punch combination.
Bombs jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ronaldo gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Bombs misses the jab.
Bombs lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bombs throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ronaldo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ronaldo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bombs tries to avoid it but Ronaldo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bombs to the ground. Bombs escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ronaldo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bombs doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ronaldo.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Bombs tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Ronaldo has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Bombs is desperately trying to improve his position but Ronaldo has a good base and remains in mount.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The crowd cheers as Bombs lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ronaldo doesn't seem phased though.

It looked like Bombs wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Bombs stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bombs wants it to stay on the feet.
Bomb Bombs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pele Ronaldo.

and Bombs connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Ronaldo takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Bombs gets underhooks to prevent Ronaldo's takedown attempt.
Ronaldo on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Ronaldo's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Bombs decides to pull guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bombs pushes Ronaldo off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Well Bombs has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
