We've been informed that Skrumbellos has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

and Skrumbellos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Skrumbellos is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Ishimura with a body shot.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Skrumbellos counters with a crisp right hand that drops Ishimura! Skrumbellos lets Ishimura back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Ishimura glances at the clock... BAM! Skrumbellos nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Ishimura crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Ishimura is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Devin Skrumbellos bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
