Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asko Asinen (ranked 1038 p4p, 135 weight class) and Louie DeBrusk (ranked 1292 p4p, 173 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asinen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

DeBrusk's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Asinen connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! DeBrusk scrambles back to his feet.

DeBrusk blocks a head kick by Asinen.
Asinen walks straight into a right hand from DeBrusk - that's dropped him! DeBrusk jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Asinen from any more punishment! Asinen complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

After winning the bout, Louie DeBrusk thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
