The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Brown should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Brown shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Regino's guard.
Regino tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Regino looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Regino had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Brown is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Regino Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Brown's back instead.

Regino is persistently looking for the submission but Brown is defending it well.

Regino doesn't have the hooks in and Brown manages to turn into his guard.
Regino pushes a forearm under Brown's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Brown is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
