Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ananada Bunyasarn (ranked 299 p4p, 39 weight class) and Kaz McStafferson (ranked 1039 p4p, 137 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ananada Bunyasarn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kaz McStafferson! The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Eliza Hachem and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McStafferson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. McStafferson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Bunyasarn tries to roll over but McStafferson keeps him under control. Bunyasarn is refusing to be controlled, as McStafferson sits in half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McStafferson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bunyasarn defends it well. My spies in Crapollas Gym inform me that McStafferson has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

We've been hearing good reports from Bunyasarn's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bunyasarn's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McStafferson shoots in looking for a takedown but Bunyasarn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McStafferson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from McStafferson. A shot to the body from McStafferson misses and Bunyasarn counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. McStafferson closes the distance and clinches up with Bunyasarn, looking for a takedown. McStafferson pushes Bunyasarn against the cage but Bunyasarn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ananada Bunyasarn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kaz McStafferson. Bunyasarn slaps away a takedown attempt from McStafferson, before circling back to the center of the mat. Nice defenses there by McStafferson. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McStafferson shoots in but Bunyasarn avoids the takedown attempt easily. Bunyasarn misses with a leg kick. Bunyasarn cracks McStafferson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. McStafferson shoots in but no luck this time. McStafferson gets the takedown into side control.

You can see the frustration on Bunyasarn's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. McStafferson swings around for an armbar but Bunyasarn sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into McStafferson's guard. Bunyasarn wanted to stand there but McStafferson had control of the position. McStafferson is looking for a triangle but Bunyasarn pushes his legs off easily.

Bunyasarn tries to stand and escape but McStafferson is controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bunyasarn stands up from half guard. Bunyasarn throws a series of punches but McStafferson moves out of range. McStafferson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bunyasarn defends it well. Bunyasarn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McStafferson. Kaz McStafferson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bunyasarn throws a right hand that McStafferson ducks under and follows up with a left that McStafferson also avoids with ease. McStafferson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bunyasarn avoids it really well and circles away. It looked like Bunyasarn wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ananada Bunyasarn dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
McStafferson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bunyasarn is fending him off so far but McStafferson persists. Nope, Bunyasarn circles away and we're back to standing. Bunyasarn cracks McStafferson with an open hand slap. McStafferson shoots and misses and Bunyasarn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. McStafferson doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bunyasarn counters with a one-two to the body. Ananada Bunyasarn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kaz McStafferson. McStafferson shoots and misses and Bunyasarn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Bunyasarn lands with a right that hurts McStafferson. McStafferson looks to clinch but Bunyasarn throws a short knee that drops McStafferson. This one is all over!
