The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diallo misses with a takedown attempt - Wulf sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Diallo.

Diallo is trying to drag Wulf to the mat but Wulf just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.

Diallo goes for a takedown attempt but Wulf pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Diallo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wulf sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Diallo somewhat.

As Diallo tries to get set, Wulf tries to push him back and clinch up but Diallo manages to avoid the attempt.

Diallo darts in looking for a takedown but Wulf gets double underhooks and turns Diallo into the ropes.

Wulf wants to lay and pray for a moment but Diallo keeps working.
Wulf lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Wulf stalling away here and it's allowed Diallo to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Wulf loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Diallo controls Wulf momentarily but Wulf frees himself.

Wulf is keen to just control but Diallo is a slippery customer.
Wulf looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Diallo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Diallo wants to get back to his feet.
