Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chris Robertson!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Clements misses its intended target.
Robertson moves out of range as Clements strikes.
Clements lands a glancing blow to the side of Robertson's head.
Robertson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Robertson has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Clements closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Clements gets a clinch.
Clements prevents Robertson from breaking the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clements misses with some punches.
Robertson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Clements to keep the fight standing.
Clements lands a left hand that snaps the head of Robertson backwards.
Clements is pressed up against the cage. Robertson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Clements down to the mat. Clements avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Abel Clements has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Robertson.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Clements uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Robertson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Clements counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Robertson.
Clements tries to clinch
and Robertson counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Clements is looking to clinch.
Robertson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Clements wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Clements throws a monster overhand right that drops Robertson! Clements follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Abel Clements!
Abel Clements decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
