Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Sherman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tim Tam! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Sherman. Tam does a little dance to reset his feet. As Sherman backs off Tam throws a huge counter combo but Sherman manages to avoid it all. Sherman gets tackled into the cage by Tam. Tam maintains the clinch. Tam scores with a nice hook to the head. Tam breaks from the clinch.
Tam gets a clinch. Sherman just leaning against Tam, taking a breather. Tam has Sherman pressed against the cage, preventing Sherman from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Tam lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Sherman manages to break the clinch.
Tam rushes Sherman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Tam is pushing Sherman up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. A right hand to the body from Tam.

Sherman looking to slow down the pace here. Tam is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sherman is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tam to the mat. Tam regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Tam uses the cage to get back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tam gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Tam jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sherman walks away with a smile on his face. Tam gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Tam clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tim Tam dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Sherman wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tam has him pressed against the cage. Tam landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Sherman has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Tam closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sherman slows down the pace here.

Tam pushes Sherman up against the cage in a clinch. Tam utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Peter Sherman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tim Tam is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Sherman has a couple of punches blocked by Tam.
And that's the end of the fight! Tim Tam comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Tam winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
