Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willy Brandon (ranked 5504 p4p, 453 weight class) and Felix Krnacova (ranked 2532 p4p, 289 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Willy Brandon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Felix Krnacova!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krnacova closes the distance and clinches up with Brandon, looking for a takedown. Krnacova pushes Brandon against the cage but Brandon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Krnacova has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Brandon is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Brandon throws the kick towards the body but Krnacova avoids it.
Krnacova fails with a takedown attempt.
Krnacova closes the distance and clinches up with Brandon, looking for a takedown. Krnacova pushes Brandon against the cage but Brandon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Brandon has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Willy Brandon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Felix Krnacova.

Brandon misses with a series of wild punches.
Krnacova dives in and grabs Brandon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brandon pushes down on Krnacova's head and hops out.
Krnacova changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brandon tries to avoid it but Krnacova manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brandon to the ground. Brandon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Brandon throws a right hand that Krnacova ducks under and follows up with a left that Krnacova also avoids with ease.
Brandon throws a looping overhand right but Krnacova ducks down to avoid it.
Brandon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Krnacova looks to score with a jab to the body but Brandon is just out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Krnacova closes this distance looking for a takedown but Brandon circles away.
Krnacova will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Brandon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Krnacova swivels and escapes.
A nice leg kick lands there from Brandon.
Krnacova darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brandon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Krnacova is working away from the top position though.

Brandon tries to roll over but Krnacova keeps him under control.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Krnacova in particular looking to stall.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Krnacova lands a nice short elbow.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Krnacova takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
It looks like Krnacova might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Krnacova throws a strike but Brandon avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Krnacova seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Brandon controls Krnacova momentarily but Krnacova frees himself.

Krnacova looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Brandon is fending him off so far but Krnacova persists. Nope, Brandon circles away and we're back to standing.

Brandon lands with a nice combination. Krnacova backs away looking to recover.

Krnacova closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Brandon's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brandon quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Krnacova has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Brandon celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
