Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimi Kuusamo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pertti Kiilopaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiilopaa avoids the head kick by Kuusamo.
Kuusamo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kiilopaa backs up against the cage.
It looks like Pertti Kiilopaa has been cut.

Kiilopaa closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Kuusamo tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Kiilopaa manages to move to mount!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kuusamo is looking to improve his position but Kiilopaa isn't that keen on the idea.

Kiilopaa jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kuusamo walks away with a smile on his face. Kiilopaa gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Kiilopaa shoots in but Kuusamo avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Kuusamo throws a series of punches but Kiilopaa moves out of range.
Kiilopaa drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kiilopaa swings around for an armbar but Kuusamo sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kiilopaa's guard.
Kuusamo wants to stand but Kiilopaa is controlling his posture from full guard.

Kiilopaa working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kuusamo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Kiilopaa is tightening it up a little... Kuusamo has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Kuusamo reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Kuusamo taps out! nice BJJ there by Kiilopaa!
