Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dom Severini (ranked 1785 p4p, 232 weight class) and Mwenye Kwadwo (ranked 1215 p4p, 160 weight class). Dom Severini has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Francis DeMontford and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severini misses with a lunging right hand
and Kwadwo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Severini throws a right hand that misses
and Kwadwo counters with a right hand to the body.
Kwadwo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kwadwo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Severini.
Severini throws a looping overhand right but Kwadwo ducks down to avoid it.
Severini fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kwadwo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kwadwo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Severini misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kwadwo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Kwadwo walks into a straight right hand from Severini.
Severini shoots for a takedown but Kwadwo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A decent looking cross lands there for Severini.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kwadwo let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Kwadwo thuds a left hand into Severini's body.
Severini tries to bum rush Kwadwo with a series of wild strikes but Kwadwo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Severini tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kwadwo was well out of range. Poor timing from Severini.

Kwadwo plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Severini swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Severini face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
