Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Khadir Hadji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rahm Emanuel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Khadir Hadji! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Rahm Emanuel! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emanuel drives through and clinches with Hadji against the cage.

Emanuel wants the takedown. Hadji is fighting it off but Emanuel persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Hadji's guard against the cage. Emanuel trying to control the position from guard on top but Hadji is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hadji is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Hadji looking for a sweep. Not yet Hadji, not yet. Emanuel wants to get up but he can't break Hadji's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Hadji pulls Emanuel in close to his closed guard and prevents Emanuel from doing any damage or advancing position. Hadji is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Hadji blocks the strikes from Emanuel.
Hadji is taking a breather. Emanuel says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Emanuel trying to control here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emanuel is trying to stand.

Hadji wants to pass to mount but Emanuel is defending the position. Hadji wants to lay and pray for a moment but Emanuel keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hadji scores with a takedown into Emanuel's guard. Emanuel lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
Emanuel is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hadji is controlling him. Emanuel looks gassed! Hadji wants to pass the guard but Emanuel is keeping the position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Emanuel is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Emanuel has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hadji can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Hadji controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Emanuel had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hadji is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Emanuel Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hadji's back instead. Hadji just trying to survive but Emanuel is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Emanuel is looking for the choke from the back position but Hadji is controlling his hands well. Hadji trying to control the hands but Emanuel breaks the grip. Emanuel is trying to stick to Hadji's back but Hadji is turning into Emanuel. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Emanuel's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Hadji. Hadji content to stall in guard here. Hadji working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Emanuel's head. Hadji postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Hadji is in close to Emanuel's body, working some short punches and elbows. Emanuel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hadji. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Emanuel doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Emanuel wants to sweep here but Hadji controlling him for the moment. Emanuel being controlled here, momentarily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Khadir Hadji dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Emanuel stuffs the takedown attempt from Hadji. Hadji gets slowly back to his feet. Hadji avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Khadir Hadji is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hadji scores with a takedown into Emanuel's guard. Emanuel throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Hadji controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Hadji drops back, looking for a kneebar! Emanuel looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Emanuel looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Emanuel! Hadji is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Emanuel off and has taken his back! Emanuel trying to control the hands but Hadji won't let him. Emanuel is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Hadji.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emanuel trying to control the hands but Hadji won't let him. Emanuel tries to escape but Hadji has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Emanuel is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Emanuel is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Good control from Hadji. Hadji has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Emanuel trying to control the position but Hadji manages to sink in the hooks. Hadji is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Khadir Hadji just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Emanuel fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hadji tries to keep at a distance but Emanuel has taken the fight into the clinch. Hadji tries to pull guard but Emanuel won't allow it.
Hadji tries to stall but Emanuel uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Emanuel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. The fight stays on the outside here - Emanuel looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hadji clinches with his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Emanuel unloads a knee to the mid-section. Hadji lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Hadji wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Hadji is working for takedown but Emanuel is calmly controlling the position for now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Khadir Hadji. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hadji manages to break the clinch.
Emanuel lands a nice looking body kick. Rahm Emanuel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Emanuel rushes Hadji and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Emanuel using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Hadji is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Emanuel pulls him back up using the underhooks. Emanuel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Emanuel forces Hadji back against the cage and clinches. Emanuel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Emanuel wants to clinch but Hadji slips to the side and Hadji counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hadji. Hadji is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Emanuel wants to get back to his feet but Hadji is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hadji stands up over Emanuel, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Emanuel wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Hadji manages to pass to side control. Hadji prevents Emanuel from standing back up.
Ground and pound from Hadji. Emanuel wants to control but Hadji is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hadji stands up out of the half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hadji shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Emanuel as he avoids it easily. Emanuel rushes Hadji and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Emanuel breaks the clinch.
Emanuel swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hadji connects with a high kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Khadir Hadji dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Emanuel clinches but Hadji breaks the clinch and Hadji counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Emanuel! Hadji tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Emanuel wants to hold on but Hadji pushes him away. Hadji dominating with strikes here. Hadji get's back to his feet. Emanuel gets caught flat footed, as Hadji shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Emanuel working a defensive guard here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hadji won't allow Emanuel to sweep him here. Emanuel being controlled here, momentarily. Emanuel keeping moving, preventing Hadji from controlling successfully. Hadji avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Hadji trying to control the position from guard on top but Emanuel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Emanuel is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Hadji slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Emanuel wants to get back to his feet but Hadji is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hadji has managed to clinch.
Emanuel breaks from the clinch.
Hadji has a takedown stuffed. Hadji feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Emanuel throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Emanuel wants to stand and escape but Hadji is having none of it. Hadji slips nicely into half guard. Emanuel trying to hold on to Hadji's head to control him but Hadji postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Emanuel tries to kick Hadji off but Hadji keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Hadji is trying to work for a kimura but Emanuel is defending well.
Hadji wants to pass the guard but Emanuel is defending well. Hadji is keen to just control but Emanuel is a slippery customer. Khadir Hadji is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Emanuel actively working from the bottom here.
And that's the end of the fight! Khadir Hadji showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hadji, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
