Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maksim Pankratev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Mockery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pankratev's entrance music is Last of the Mohicans Theme. A fine choice. Maksim Pankratev could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Adam Mockery's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Maksim Pankratev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Adam Mockery!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mockery shoots in looking for a takedown. Pankratev tries to sprawl out of it but Mockery keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pankratev manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pankratev swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Pankratev scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Mockery looks gassed!
A head kick misses from Mockery.
Pankratev closes the distance and pushes Mockery back into the cage.
Mockery makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Pankratev working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Pankratev manages to break the clinch.
A left and a right from Pankratev both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Adam Mockery has been cut.
Mockery has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Pankratev lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pankratev.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pankratev misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pankratev throws a quick inside leg kick.
Pankratev rushes Mockery and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pankratev breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pankratev moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Pankratev lands with a big left! Mockery is wobbled badly! Pankratev comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Mockery to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Maksim Pankratev!
