Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bushrod lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Ramirez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bushrod swivels and escapes.

Bushrod ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ramirez moves away.
Scruffy Bushrod seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramirez moves out of range of the strikes.
Ramirez moves in looking to clinch but Bushrod pushes him off.
Bushrod tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bushrod lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ramirez has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ramirez and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Ramirez went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Ramirez shoots in looking for a takedown but Bushrod manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ramirez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ramirez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bushrod swats him away and circles back towards the center.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ramirez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bushrod - the referee stops the clock and Ramirez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bushrod. Ramirez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well Bushrod has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
