Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Balthazar Theron (ranked 6836 p4p, 433 weight class) and Ramzan Agaev (ranked 3210 p4p, 296 weight class). Theron comes to the ring accompanied by Living on a Prayer. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agaev misses with a jab, cross combination.
Theron was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Agaev fails to land with a series of punches.
Theron fires out a quick counter leg kick but Agaev just manages to avoid it.

Theron tried to counter with a leg kick but Agaev avoided it.
Agaev throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Theron.
Theron is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Agaev's coach down at Panda Sprawl n Brawl was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Agaev's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Agaev instigates a clinch.
Theron misses with an elbow strike.
Nice body punch from Theron.
Agaev wants to break free but Theron has control.
Theron manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Theron pushes Agaev up against the ropes in a clinch.

Agaev swings wildly with an uppercut but Theron uses good head movement to avoid it.
Theron escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Theron lands a front kick to the face, that drops Agaev to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!
It looks like Ramzan Agaev has been cut.
Theron lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Agaev at a distance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Agaev throws the kick towards the body but Theron avoids it.
Theron swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
