Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jack Wynn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Roberto Soldado!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Soldado has taken the fight to the clinch.

Wynn closes the distance and pushes Soldado back into the cage.

Wynn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Roberto Soldado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Wynn takes the fight into the clinch.
Wynn is trying to drag Soldado to the mat but Soldado just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Wynn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Let's hope that Soldado has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Wynn is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Soldado's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Soldado's back!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Soldado swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Wynn is now in Soldado's guard. A big mistake from Soldado there, giving up the dominant position!
