Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Karlos Vemola!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Josh West and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vemola waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Foley.
Vemola misses the shot to the body.
Foley appears to be looking for a big counter.
Vemola getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Rolland Foley has been cut.
Vemola cracks Foley with an uppercut from hell and Foley crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Vemola's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Foley is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Vemola loads up on a big left hand. Foley felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Vemola looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Foley can't hide his disappointment, as Vemola celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Karlos Vemola!
After the fight, Karlos Vemola was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
