0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gladiatorus Romanus! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Curtis moves away from the strike by Romanus. Curtis drops down looking for a counter takedown but Romanus sprawls and moves away. Romanus fails to land the takedown. Curtis tries to counter with a takedown but Romanus is quick to defend against it. Curtis gets a takedown into half guard. Curtis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Romanus makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Romanus. Romanus has his feet on Curtis's thighs here. He's pushed Curtis off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Curtis screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
