Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Royston De Noteboom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Foreman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Noteboom comes to the cage accompanied by Hypocrisy - Fractured Millennium. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foreman misses with a head kick.

It looks like Royston De Noteboom has been cut. De Noteboom shoots for a double leg takedown but Foreman sprawls well. He's pushed De Noteboom's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. De Noteboom tries for a takedown but Foreman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Foreman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Foreman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. De Noteboom throws a big right hand that misses. De Noteboom throws a strike but Foreman rolls with it and manages to sweep. De Noteboom feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Foreman. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Foreman moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Foreman connects with a single shot there. De Noteboom closes the distance and clinches up with Foreman, looking for a takedown. De Noteboom pushes Foreman against the cage but Foreman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Paul Foreman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. De Noteboom fails with the takedown. Nice combo by Foreman! Oh, that's hurt him - De Noteboom falls to the canvas and Foreman follows him into side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Foreman wants to stand but De Noteboom has his arm trapped. De Noteboom tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Foreman presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Foreman takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. De Noteboom manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Foreman is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. De Noteboom works his foot free and advances to mount. Foreman takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

De Noteboom shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Foreman's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. De Noteboom tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. De Noteboom is in the full mount, landing strikes. De Noteboom working the ground and pound effectively.
Royston De Noteboom has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! De Noteboom is landing with some decent strikes but Foreman is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Paul Foreman is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. A nice elbow there by De Noteboom.
