Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kylar Sensei (ranked 903 p4p, 52 weight class) and Tom Thomas (ranked 1057 p4p, 59 weight class). Tom Thomas acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kylar Sensei! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Thomas! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sensei swings for the body but Thomas moves out of range.
Thomas uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sensei.
Sensei swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Thomas connects with a right hand. Sensei shakes it off. Thomas throws a jab when Sensei was well out of range. Sensei blocks a jab. Sensei throws a big shot that misses. A jab from Thomas misses. Thomas uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sensei. Kylar Sensei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Thomas misses. Sensei has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. The fighters circling - Sensei throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Sensei slips under a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sensei fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Thomas throws out a counter right but Sensei avoids it with no problem. Sensei slips a straight right by Thomas. Thomas doesn't manage to clinch there - Sensei circles away.
Thomas misses with a looping right. Sensei takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sensei avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Thomas lands a jab to the nose. Sensei looks to score with a jab to the body but Thomas is just out of range. Nice uppercut lands for Thomas. That snapped Sensei's head back.
Sensei fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Thomas manages to avoid it. Thomas looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Thomas connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sensei momentarily.
Thomas works the jab nicely. Sensei throws a lazy uppercut
and Sensei takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Tom Thomas is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Thomas ducks under a wild hook from Sensei. Thomas looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Sensei moves out of range of the strikes. Nice uppercut there from Thomas. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nice sprawl there from Thomas as Sensei shoots in. Thomas scores with a nice head shot. Thomas throws a leg kick that misses. Sensei was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Thomas moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Thomas misses with a straight left.

A quick step to the side and Sensei tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Thomas stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kylar Sensei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sensei shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Sensei lands with a punch from half guard. Sensei is trying to control the action in half guard but Thomas is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Thomas is trying to stand back up but Sensei is controlling him
Thomas is looking for a sweep. Sensei is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Sensei is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Thomas doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sensei. Sensei throwing shots but Thomas is blocking nicely. Thomas gets full guard. Thomas keeping full guard, as Sensei tries to pass.

Sensei prevents Thomas from getting back to his feet. Thomas is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Thomas looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Sensei is refusing to be controlled, as Thomas sits in half guard. Sensei has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Thomas passes to side control. Sensei struggling a bit here. Sensei tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Thomas wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Thomas trying to control the action but Sensei is working from the bottom. Thomas has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sensei is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Thomas swings away with a body shot that misses
and Sensei cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sensei connects with a jab. Thomas ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A swing and a miss from Thomas. Sensei is looking to counter punch. Thomas throws the left hand but Sensei avoids the punch easily. Sensei with a jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Thomas moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Thomas uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sensei.

Sensei defending well as Thomas loads up on a big left hand. Thomas is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sensei had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Thomas scores with a jab to the jaw. Thomas keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sensei. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Thomas moves out of range as Sensei strikes. A slow jab from Sensei misses its intended target. Thomas throws a jab when Sensei was well out of range. Sensei shoots in for a double leg but Thomas sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Tom Thomas seems to be getting the better of the standup. Sensei fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Sensei is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Thomas. Thomas throws a body punch but Sensei moves out of range. Thomas looks to land a left hand but Sensei moved out of range nicely. Thomas moves away from the strike by Sensei.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sensei cracks Thomas with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Sensei takes a swing at Thomas's ribcage but misses. Thomas misses with an uppercut. Sensei saw that one coming. Sensei tries to score a power double leg takedown but Thomas sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sensei somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kylar Sensei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Thomas closes the distance and clinches. Thomas stops a takedown attempt from Sensei.
Sensei prevents a body shot from Thomas. Sensei tries for a takedown but Thomas manages to get underhooks.
Thomas is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Sensei is keeping busy. Sensei pulls guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thomas gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Sensei on the wrong end of a nice jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sensei has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Thomas. Thomas scores with a jab. Thomas uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sensei. Sensei scores with a decent looking hook. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sensei stuns Thomas with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Thomas throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sensei sees it coming and avoids it easily. Sensei tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thomas was well out of range. Poor timing from Sensei. Sensei on the wrong end of a nice hook. Thomas is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sensei. Thomas lands with a good body shot. Thomas has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Thomas fails to land with a series of punches.

Thomas lands with a short shot to the head. Thomas misses with some punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sensei lands with a light punch inside. Thomas takes a shot to the head. Sensei tries to pull guard but Thomas won't allow it.
Sensei pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sensei lands a jab to the head.
Sensei throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sensei misses with a wild body shot. Thomas takes one on the button. Thomas jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Sensei misses with a wild body shot. Thomas displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sensei. Sensei takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sensei is rocked! Thomas drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Sensei right on the button. Sensei goes down! Thomas follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Thomas gets the win via TKO!
