Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Great Tiger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mono Loco!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loco keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Loco tries for a takedown but Tiger sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Loco misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Loco takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Loco takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Tiger throws a sloppy head kick and Loco moves out of range easily.
Tiger moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Mono Loco has been cut.
Loco dives in and grabs Tiger's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tiger pushes down on Loco's head and hops out.
Great Tiger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mono Loco.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tiger is looking to slow Loco down with leg kicks.
Tiger smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Loco.
A little feinted left hand from Tiger on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tiger lands with an uppercut that bounces Loco off the cage and back into range.
Loco shoots in looking for a takedown. Tiger tries to sprawl out of it but Loco keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tiger manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

We've been hearing reports that Tiger has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

A slapping body kick lands there for Tiger.
Tiger cracks Loco with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Loco darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Tiger is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Loco is tapping! Great win for Tiger!
