Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paavo Masala!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potter throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Potter changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Masala throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Potter tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Masala is in Potter's guard.
Masala distracts Potter with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Masala postures up in Potter's guard and throws a big left but Potter blocks it.
Potter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Masala. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Potter can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Masala controls the pace.
Masala's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Masala, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
