Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ignatius Thistlewhite (ranked 3652 p4p, 91 weight class) and Chad Yonic (ranked 3199 p4p, 80 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thistlewhite throws a chopping leg kick but Yonic manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Yonic lands with a straight right. Thistlewhite didn't see that one coming.
Thistlewhite swings for the body but Yonic moves out of range.
Thistlewhite misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Thistlewhite goes for a double leg but Yonic avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Yonic continues to drive forward.
Yonic closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Thistlewhite quickly recovers to half guard.

Thistlewhite has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Yonic is nestled in close to Thistlewhite, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Yonic lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Thistlewhite quite badly. Thistlewhite pulls Yonic in close trying to recover. Yonic postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Thistlewhite on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Thistlewhite doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
