The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King lands a nice shot that snaps McTavern's head back.
McTavern looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
King looks for a takedown but McTavern sprawls well.
King throws a lazy right hand but McTavern sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
King throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting McTavern counter with a right hand.

It looks like Daniel King has been cut.
McTavern drops his hands momentarily and King takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
King looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McTavern ducks down and throws a hook to the body but King moves away.
King looks for a takedown but McTavern sprawls well.
McTavern swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King throws a low kick but it's checked well by McTavern.
King looks up at the clock. Bad move! McTavern lands a right hand from hell, dropping King. McTavern pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
