Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between George Salvador (ranked 643 p4p, 84 weight class) and John Carter (ranked 2751 p4p, 309 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, George Salvador! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, John Carter! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carter misses with a looping left. Salvador lands an overhand right.
It looks like John Carter has been cut. Salvador scores with a punch to the head. Salvador throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Salvador staying out of range there. A little feinted left hand from Salvador on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Salvador lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Carter misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvador looks to land a left hand but Carter moved out of range nicely. Carter shoots in and gets a takedown into Salvador's guard. Carter prevents Salvador from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carter postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Carter stops Salvador from standing up. Carter in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Salvador definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Carter throwing strikes but missing. Carter trying to control the position from guard on top but Salvador is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Carter postures up and lands a big shot to Salvador's brow. Carter throws a big elbow that misses. Carter landing with the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Carter looking to sit in guard and control but Salvador gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Salvador is looking to stand up but Carter won't let him. Carter looking to control.
Salvador trying to stand up but can't free himself from Carter's guard. Carter wants to sweep here but Salvador controlling him for the moment. Carter has a closed guard, preventing Salvador from standing up. Carter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Salvador has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Carter is proving hard to escape from. Carter has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Salvador dominated that round. The cut man is working on John Carter's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Salvador looks to score with a jab to the body but Carter is just out of range. Carter blocks a head kick by Salvador.
Carter with the counter takedown but Salvador avoids it easily. Carter changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Carter gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Salvador counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Carter misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carter looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Salvador is fending him off so far but Carter persists. Nope, Salvador circles away and we're back to standing. George Salvador has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Carter. Carter misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvador throws a looping overhand right but Carter ducks down to avoid it. Carter tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Carter throws a lazy uppercut
and Salvador counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Salvador misses with a head kick.
George Salvador is winning the standup battle so far. Carter shoots in for a double leg but Salvador sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Salvador fires out a quick counter leg kick but Carter just manages to avoid it. Carter throws a jab when Salvador was well out of range. Salvador is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Carter shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Salvador as he jumps to the side. Salvador tried to counter with a leg kick but Carter avoided it. Carter lands with a hook. Salvador tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Salvador walks into a straight right hand from Carter.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvador lands with a kick to the temple. Carter shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Carter doesn't succeed with the takedown and Salvador counters with a leg kick. Carter tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Salvador swivels and escapes. The fighters circle, before Salvador throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Carter's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Salvador lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). George Salvador! A less than humble George Salvador misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
