The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Davies, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Osman shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Osman goes for a double leg but Davies avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Davies continues to drive forward.
Osman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Davies misses with a series of wild punches.
