Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddy Soprano (ranked 5014 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hosein Pouyan (ranked 3224 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eddy Soprano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hosein Pouyan! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pouyan looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Soprano keeping moving, preventing Pouyan from controlling successfully. Soprano is pulling down on Pouyan's head to control his posture. Pouyan drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Soprano dives on top into guard. Soprano sitting in guard here, content to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Soprano postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pouyan is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Soprano works over Pouyan with some ground and pound from guard. Soprano engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Soprano works a leg free and moves into half guard. Soprano content to control rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Pouyan is trying to stand up here but Soprano is controlling him well. Pouyan looking for submissions off his back. Pouyan looks winded! Soprano not doing much here.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pouyan fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Soprano closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Soprano controlling the action here. Soprano working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Soprano trying to control the pace. Soprano's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Soprano is nestled in close to Pouyan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Soprano controlling the action here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Pouyan is trying to control but can't.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eddy Soprano dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Soprano throws a head kick that misses. Pouyan tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Pouyan fails with an attempt to clinch.

Soprano pulls guard effortlessly. Pouyan stopping the sweep attempt from Soprano. Soprano keeping moving, preventing Pouyan from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Soprano throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's one minute gone in the round. Soprano wants to stand but Pouyan is controlling the position. Pouyan trying to control but Soprano is working from the bottom. Soprano is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Soprano trying to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Soprano is on top in guard.
Pouyan looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Soprano puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Nice strikes from Soprano there. Soprano seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Soprano has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Soprano takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Soprano working away from the top, dropping strikes. Pouyan tries to get back to half guard but can't. Pouyan is breathing heavily. Soprano loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Pouyan scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Soprano land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Soprano stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eddy Soprano!
