Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Renny shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mcgowan eats them both and turns towards Renny to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Renny tries to bum rush Mcgowan with a series of wild strikes but Mcgowan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Renny throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mcgowan lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Renny lands a two punch combo.
A combination from Renny does no damage.
Mcgowan appears to be looking for a big counter.
Left hook, right uppercut from Renny.
Renny goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Renny rushes Mcgowan and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Renny is trying to break free.
Mcgowan lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Mcgowan remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Mcgowan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
