The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James avoids the head kick by Villanueva.

James is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! James blocks a head kick by Villanueva.
James is still on wobbly legs! Can Villanueva finish him? Villanueva throws a low kick but James avoids it. Jay Villanueva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Villanueva moves into the clinch. Villanueva working the clinch nicely. James is working for position but Villanueva cracks him with a big knee to the head! James crumples up against the cage and Villanueva lands two more shots before the ref can save James! This one is all over!
