Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Riverson (ranked 2387 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robo Pope (ranked 3849 p4p, 0 weight class). Riverson comes into the arena with J.Ralph - Kansas City Shuffle blaring out of the sound system. Pope has chosen Ghost - Monstrance Clock as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Robo Pope looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riverson shoots in for a takedown but Pope shows good takedown defense.
Pope looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Riverson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Riverson lands in his opponent's guard.
Riverson drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Riverson seems to have locked his on tight now - Pope screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Riverson, as he picks up the win!
