Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Pfeifer (ranked 5166 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vic Vinegar (ranked 19096 p4p, 0 weight class). Vinegar is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Birds of War. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ricardo Pfeifer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vinegar showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Pfeifer.
A looping hook to the body misses from Pfeifer. Vinegar does a little dance to reset his feet.
Pfeifer has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pfeifer there as he acknowledges the shot.
Vinegar thuds a left hand into Pfeifer's body.
Pfeifer moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Vinegar avoids a punch combination nicely.
Vinegar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
It looked like Pfeifer wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
The fighters circling - Vinegar throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Pfeifer is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and Vinegar decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Pfeifer's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pfeifer tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Pfeifer controls Vinegar momentarily but Vinegar frees himself.

Pfeifer has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Vinegar has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Vinegar might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Pfeifer swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Vinegar has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Vinegar loads up on a big right hand but Pfeifer slips the punch.

Pfeifer tries to bum rush Vinegar with a series of wild strikes but Vinegar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Vinegar throws a low kick, looking for Pfeifer's leg but Pfeifer calmly moves out of range.
Pfeifer works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Vic Vinegar has been cut.

Pfeifer looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vic Vinegar dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Vic Vinegar's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Pfeifer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Pfeifer takes one on the button.

Pfeifer throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oh Pfeifer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vinegar feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pfeifers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Vinegar throws a hook but Pfeifer blocks it.
Pfeifer with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Vinegar to score with a decent uppercut.
Vinegar fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Pfeifer to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Pfeifer looks to clinch but Vinegar throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Pfeifer taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Vic Vinegar!
After winning the bout, Vic Vinegar thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
