Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Justin Carnage ! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carnage shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Clemons's guard. Carnage postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Clemons lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Clemons wants to stand but Carnage is controlling his posture from full guard. Carnage working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Clemons doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Clemons manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Carnage can do anything to dispel that myth. Clemons trying to control the position from guard on top but Carnage is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Clemons could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Clemons trying to stand up but can't free himself from Carnage 's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carnage tries to land a sweep but no joy. Clemons drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Clemons jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Clemons wants to stand but Carnage has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Carnage trying to keep a closed guard but Clemons is proving a slippery customer.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clemons stands and steps away. Carnage gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Carnage bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Carnage throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Clemons works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. The fighters are battling for position here. Clemons manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Clemons is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Carnage is looking to improve his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Carnage shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Carnage is looking to advance position but Clemons won't allow it. Clemons actively working from the bottom here. Carnage throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Carnage is thwarting Clemons's attempts to control the position. Carnage not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carnage trying to control from half guard but Clemons is working away. Carnage is thwarting Clemons's attempts to control the position. Clemons controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Carnage content to control rather than advance.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Carnage tries to clinch up but Clemons circles away and keeps his distance. Carnage looking to score a takedown here. Clemons is defending well but Carnage drives through and ends up in Clemons's guard. Carnage really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Clemons. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Clemons being controlled here, momentarily. Carnage trying to control the position from guard on top but Clemons is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Clemons throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Carnage stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Clemons swivels though and keeps the full guard. Carnage avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Philip Clemons will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Carnage doesn't manage to clinch there - Clemons circles away.
Carnage changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Clemons looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Clemons sneaks out the side door and pushes Carnage away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Carnage lands a left and a right that send Clemons crashing to the mat, dazed. Carnage thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Clemons is rocked!
It looks like Philip Clemons has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Carnage dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Clemons has had enough and taps out.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Justin Carnage !
