Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimbo Cricky (ranked 1449 p4p, 201 weight class) and Oleksander Kurtzov (ranked 1747 p4p, 224 weight class). The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cricky lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Kurtzov shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Cricky scores with a one two! Kurtzov had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Cricky fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kurtzov on the side of the head.
Kurtzov's coach down at Black Flag Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kurtzov's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Kurtzov looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

and Cricky counters with a two punch combo.
Kurtzov is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cricky goes for a small jab and connects. Now Cricky goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Kurtzov stumbles back but Cricky runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Kurtzov to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Kurtzov will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jimbo Cricky!
