Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lorik Kapllani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kapllani has chosen Vampire Weekend - Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Lorik Kapllani enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Flores!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lorik Kapllani!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kapllani throws a sloppy head kick and Flores moves out of range easily.
Kapllani looks to land a right hand but Flores moved out of range.
Kapllani thows a left - swing and a miss!
Kapllani throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Flores sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kapllani scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Flores shoots in looking for a takedown. Kapllani tries to sprawl out of it but Flores keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kapllani manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A jab lands there for Kapllani.
Kapllani feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Flores sprawling to the canvas! Flores rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kapllani finish him?!
Flores is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Flores shoots in for a double leg but Kapllani sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Oh Flores is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kapllani moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Lorik Kapllani seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Flores is breathing heavily.
Flores closes the distance and clinches up with Kapllani, looking for a takedown. Flores pushes Kapllani against the cage but Kapllani circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Flores seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Flores. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kapllani moves in close and cracks Flores with a massive right hand! Flores, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Kapllani!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lorik Kapllani!
