The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Scott.
A telegraphed right hand from Scott misses the target.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Nunes! But no joy.
Nunes blocks the body kick.
Nunes scores with a jab to the body.
Scott tries to land a front kick but Nunes steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A little jabbing left from Nunes on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Nunes lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Tyler Scott has been cut.

Nunes throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Scott sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Scott walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Nunes has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Scott is landing a low percentage of strikes.
