And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Travis Carter!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Colton on his heels. He'll look to pass Colton's guard now, I'm sure.
Carter wants to control from the top but Colton keeps moving.
Colton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Carter gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Colton seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Carter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Colton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Colton pushes a forearm under Carter's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Carter is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
