Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sung Guerra (ranked 24837 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marin Camus (ranked 4315 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Sung Guerra has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camus tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Guerra swivels and escapes.
Guerra tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Camus manages to circle out of the way.
Camus moves in looking to clinch but Guerra pushes him off.
Camus dives in for a single leg takedown but Guerra sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Guerra moves out of range of the body kick.
Guerra shoots in but Camus avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Camus tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Guerra avoids the head kick by Camus.
Guerra walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Camus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Camus throws a lazy head kick
and Guerra decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Camus's guard.
Guerra is fighting to break Camus's control of his arms but Camus is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Camus has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Guerra can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Guerra really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Guerra wanted to stand there but Camus had control of the position.
Guerra throws a big elbow that misses.
Guerra throws a strike but Camus rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Guerra looking for a guillotine here but Camus defends easily.
Camus stands and steps away. Guerra gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Guerra bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Camus sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Guerra working over Camus with some ground and pound. Camus looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Camus tries to roll over but Guerra keeps him under control.

Guerra postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Camus to stand up.
Camus manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Guerra on his heels. He'll look to pass Guerra's guard now, I'm sure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Camus slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Camus is in close to Guerra's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Guerra working for submissions but it's allowed Camus to get to half guard.
Camus lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Guerra is rocked!
Camus lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Guerra quite badly. Guerra pulls Camus in close trying to recover. Camus postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Guerra on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Guerra doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marin Camus!
